Who We Are

Bruce Foster is a registered physiotherapist, certified in acupuncture, trained in myofascial release, cranial sacral therapy, Reiki, Sekhem,(Usui) Master, Therapeutic Touch, M.E.L., essential oil therapy. For 22 years, Bruce had owned and operated Quinte Physiotherapy Clinic, a private practice physiotherapy clinic in Belleville. The creation and opening of "Therapy On The Bay" is a lifelong goal achieved.

Marilyn Holland-Foster is a constitutional therapist, Reiki Master, Usui & Karuna, Sekhem, M.E.L. Level 19 , specializing in kinesiology muscle testing, essential oil and herbal therapy. Marilyn has worked together with Bruce at Quinte Physiotherapy Clinic and in her own practice, My Health First.

Our Philosophy
We believe that recovery from chronic pain, stress and illness comes from within our own being. Healing your body is not something a therapist can do for you, we are here as facilitators and teachers to help you create your own healing and recovery process. Your body, when given the choice and support, will always choose health and remembers how to heal itself.
