The Grey Cottage at Green Point

Enjoy our picturesque, waterfront cottage on the beautiful Bay of Quinte in Prince Edward County. The Grey Cottage has fishing and swimming at its doorstep with 50 ft of private shoreline for your enjoyment.

Recently renovated (2009), this cozy, compact cottage has all the features of home in a charming waterfront setting. The Grey Cottage has 2 private bedrooms, a 3 pc bathroom and a full kitchen. The cottage boasts a charming sunroom that overlooks the water – the perfect setting to enjoy brilliant sunrises and nature at its best!

Avid fishermen and boaters please note, the cottage includes a private 32 ft long dock for your enjoyment. There is also a public boat launch available nearby and the area is renowned for its Walleye and Bass fishing.

We are approximately 25 minutes to the Sandbanks and your stay includes use of an unlimited day pass for the Sandbanks Provincial Park.
We are easily accessible from Hwy 401 and a short drive to the town of Picton.

The Grey Cottage can accommodate approximately 6 people (maximum of 4- 5 adults) or 1 family (2 adults and children) comfortably.
