Family, Fun, Fishing

Smoking: No smoking allowed in the cottages, public showers and washrooms or other enclosed common areas on the property. Smoking is permitted outside.

Deposit: Must receive 50 % of total cost of the cottage to secure the booking. Balance of deposit (cash) to be paid at the time of check in.

Cancellation: Must receive two weeks notice for cancellations. For less than two weeks notice, deposit will be returned minus 25% deposit administration fee. For less than one week notice, deposit will be returned minus 50% deposit administration fee.

Cottage Damage Deposit: Provide credit card number for damage deposit security.

Parking: One vehicle per cottage, $10 per day per extra vehicle. No boat or camper trailers on the property and no visitor parking.

Visitors: to the cottages must pay $10 per day. Overnight, regular fee applies.

Directions From Toronto:

Take the 401 east, then turn south at Exit 522, the Wooler Rd (see the number 40 on sign) exit. Wooler Road links up with Highway 33 South (The Loyalist Parkway).
Travel about 36 km on the #33. You will pass through the (only) stoplight in Wellington.
Continue driving on this main street for nearly a minute until you reach Pilgrim’s Landing on the Lake (turn right), 171 Main Street.

Directions From Montreal:

In Ontario, take Hwy 401 west to Kingston. Continue west on the 401 about 50 km, then exit onto Hwy 49 at Marysville (Exit 566) and proceed south into Picton.
In Picton, the Main Street becomes Hwy 33 (The Loyalist Parkway). Continue on Hwy 33 west through Bloomfield (watch for the left jog Hwy. 33 takes just past Bloomfield) and into Wellington on Main Street.
Soon after passing the liquor store, turn left at 171 Main Street.
