A cement pad is an upgrade. The cost will vary depending on the size and location of the shed. Inquire if interested.
 

Note #2

Site where shed is to be erected must be fairly level or an additional charge may apply. Board and Batten Sheds require about 2 feet of space on all sides for assembly of shed.
 

Spec.
  • We use 1/2" spruce plywood for roof sheathing and 5/8" for the floor.
  • Rafters and floor joists are spaced 16" on centre. Floor members are Pressure Treated 2" x 4".
  • 15 Ib felt paper is used under asphalt shingles.
  • Galvanized eve starter is used on all roof edges.
  • Sheds are assembled with deck screws. This means that they can be disassembled and moved.
  • All sheds are pre-assembled in sections and so can be moved and assembled in smaller areas.
