The one-hundred-fifty-year-old farmhouse has been renovated inside and outside, and decorated with country charm.

Gather fresh eggs from the chickens, bottle feed a calf or lamb in the spring season, and enjoy the goats, donkeys, pigs, turkeys and other farm animals.

A great choice for wedding parties and anniversary celebrations, or for family and friends to get together – the owner has a successful catering business so you can take care of all your needs at the same time!

On the Main level:

• Family room with franklin stove and TV/VCR; variety of family-rated videos, board games, pool toys,
• Bright eat-in kitchen with appliances, microwave, all equipment,
• Dining room with a great view,
• Living room with fireplace,
• Laundry room,
• Three-piece bath (shower, sink, toilet),
• Four-person hot tub.

On the Upper level:

• 3 bedrooms, sleeps 7, lots of closet space in each bedroom,
• pull-out sofa also available in living room
• Bedroom with a queen bed,
• Bedroom with one double bed,
• Bedroom with one twin bed and a set of bunk beds,
• Four-piece bath (tub, shower, sink, toilet).

Outside:

• Beautiful gardens,
• 22 x 36’ in-ground swimming pool with slide, diving board and fibre-optic lighting,
• Shaded porch,
• A large deck area with gas BBQ,
• Firepit,
• Some bicycles for children and adults.

Bedding, sheets and towels are provided, although you need to bring your own beach towels.

This is a pet-free, non-smoking house.

Rates:

Available June thru October 

Weekly rate: $1800 no GST 
A deposit of $400 makes your reservation. The balance, plus a refundable $250 damage deposit, is due thirty days before your arrival.

Please call for reduced rates in the off-season.

From Picton, take Lake Street, which becomes County Road #10, to Cherry Valley. Turn left at the flashing light in Cherry Valley: you will still be on Cnty Rd #10. Turn right onto Point Petre Road, then take the first road on the left (Walmsley Road).
