This pretty 1022 square foot cottage is set within a large lawn and surrounded by patio interlock with three separate areas to eat and entertain while overlooking the Bay of Quinte at scenic Telegraph Narrows. A dock to swim and fish from or to view sunsets; accompanied with a separate area for launching a small boat is available.

The interior space offers you some flexibility and privacy. The main cottage has a comfortable living room with sectional sofa and spectacular views, both of the waterfront and of the natural beauty behind the cottage. A combination kitchen and dining area offers stove, fridge, microwave, pots and pans, fans. A three-piece bath claw-foot tub, off your bedroom with Queen Size bed complete this unit.

For more guests and their privacy, there is additional sleeping space. To the rear of the main unit is another bedroom with Queen Size bed, love seat, television, DVD player and a loft with two double beds and a twin. This space has a two-piece bathroom with washer and dryer. Again, linens and towels are provided.

This area can be used whether renting as an individual, group, couple, single family or a two family vacationing group.
