	Kate's Golden Cheese Puff Casserole Ingredients: 3 slices buttered bread 1 cup (250 ml) grated Black River cheese (medium or coloured) 2 eggs 2 cups (500 ml) milk ? tsp. (2.5 ml) salt Pepper & paprika Cut bread into cubes and lay half in butter baking dish. Add cheese and cover with rest of bread cubes. Beat eggs slightly, add milk and seasonings.
