Enjoy spectacular sunsets from this very private designer decorated home on the shore of Lake Ontario.

4 bedrooms, sleeps maximum 7. Extensive private beach and manicured lawns

Living Area

The living-room and open concept kitchen/dining area are spacious and sunny. Both share 12 foot ceilings and open onto a huge patio.

The kitchen is fully equipped with quality cookware, microwave, small appliances, and dishwasher. We grow fresh herbs for you to cook with. There are picnic tables and an outdoor barbecue.

A separate den with satellite tv, cd/dvd and vcr players provides audio independence from the other living areas. The main bathroom has a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. There is a second ensuite 2 pc bathroom .

Full laundry facilities are located in walkin master closet. Bedding and sheets are provided but bring your own bath and beach towels

Activities and Amenities

Children and timid swimmers will love the shallow, sandy lake bottom. The prevailing onshore westerly is ideal for water and wind sports. There is a beautiful sun-dappled beachfront trail to explore. Birdlife is plentiful and enjoyable right from your doorstep.

Our local road is scenic and quiet for cycling and walking. Beach house amenities include:

• use of our private tennis court
• a canoe (bring children’s life-jackets)
• several bicycles.
• beachfront hammocks and lounge chairs
• 2 kayaks

• Excellent local golf courses, spas, wineries, casual and fine dining, Slicker’s icecream and a local pub

Please enquire about other weeks (from $1400.00), options, & off-season weekends from $750.00

Check-in Friday after 4pm. Check-out Friday by 11am

Terms

• deposit of 50% upon reservation
• cancellations: 75% of deposit will be returned if week(s) can be rebooked.
• balance upon arrival plus $300.00 refundable (within 30 days) damage and telephone expense deposit
• well-behaved pets may be considered- please enquire
• no indoor smoking
