There are three Hwy 401 exits to Picton:

From Toronto - Exit 522 Wooler Road, onto Highway 33 west (Loyalist Parkway)
From Ottawa/Montreal - Exit 566 Marysville, onto Highway 49
From Belleville - Exit 543, Belleville onto Highway 62

From Kington, you can also access Prince Edward County by way of Glenora Ferry (free) on Highway 33 east.

Directons from Picton to Acreage on the Bay:

Take Highway 33 (Loyalist Parkway) east of Picton about 5 km; west of Glenora Ferry about 2 km. Look for 11842 Loyalist Parkway on the water side.
