The Glenora ferry located just 2 km east leads, via the Loyalist Parkway on the scenic shores of Lake Ontario, to Kingston.

Please note that most of the furniture shown in the tour has been replaced and renovations have been done, so the current appearance of the house differs from the virtual tour. This tour does not reflect the improvements that have been made. For example, a fence that is safer for children has been added to the deck, the downstairs bedroom has been completely renovated, the office is now a sunroom, etc.

House must be cleaned before you leave, and left in the same condition as it was when you arrived. As is the case with most house rentals outside city limits, we are on a septic system, so please follow the recommendations you will receive upon arriving.

Garbage and Recycling services will be provided, but we count on your assistance in sorting out the recyclables.

Rates & Conditions:

• June - September $1500 weekly
• Oct - May - $1200 weekly
• Min one-week stay
• Deposit of $ 500.00 required upon reserving, with balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
• A rental agreement will be sent to you, upon receipt of your deposit
• A $250.00 damage deposit is required and will be returned to you within 30 days of your departure.
• Cash, Cheque or Money Orders will be accepted. Sorry no Credit Cards.
• Cancellation Policy: If for one reason or another you must cancel your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible and we will try to re-book. If we manage to re-book, your deposit, minus a $100.00 cancellation fee will be returned to you. If we cannot re-book, we will be forced to keep the full deposit.
